Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at Info@Compressionsock.store Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items
We don’t accept returns for perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
Return the item, and once accepted, purchase the new item separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers can return items within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return criteria.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Contact us if it takes longer than 15 business days.
